NOTICE OF ELECTION

HILDALE CITY MUNICIPAL ELECTION

Please be advised that the City of Hildale, Utah will hold a municipal election this year (2023). The General Election will be on November 7, 2023. The Offices which will be up for election are:

City Council Member                    Three (3)                                          Four (4) Year

Qualifications for a candidate Qualifications for a candidate per Utah Code § 20A-9-203 are:

- US Citizen at time of filing

- Registered voter of the municipality

- Resident of the municipality for 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the election.

- Not a convicted felon, unless the right to hold elective office has been restored.

As stated in Utah Code § 20A-9-203 and § 10-3-301, Candidates must file their declaration of candidacy in person with the City Recorder at the City Office, 320 E Newel Avenue, Hildale, Utah, 84784 during the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM between JUNE 1, 2023, and JUNE 7, 2023.

No Filing Fee is required.

Candidacy forms are available free of charge to the public at the Hildale City Office.
