Notice of Public Hearing Planning Commission

NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTRACT WITH A CONSULTANT TO PREPARE AND THEN TO PREPARE IMPACT FEE ANALYSES

Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Section 11-36a-503, this notice is hereby given that Hildale City intends to contract to prepare and then prepare a culinary water impact fee analysis according to the requirements of the State of Utah.

The impact fee service area for this analysis includes the entire city limits.

Notice is hereby given to the members of the Hildale City Planning Commission and the public, that the Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, November 17th, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. (MDT), at 320 East Newel Avenue, Hildale City, Utah 84784.

Commission members may be participating electronically by video or telephone conference. The meeting will be broadcast to the public on Facebook Live under Hildale’s City page. Members of the public may also watch the City of Hildale through the scheduled Zoom meeting.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Hildale City, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 17th 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at Hildale City Hall located at320 East Newel Avenue, Hildale, Utah 84784, to review and receive public comment on a proposal to amend Title XV Land Development of Hildale City Code, creating a new zoning district called the Historic Area Mixed-Use (HA-MU) Overlay.
