Hildale Economic Advancement and Innovation Center
The Hildale Economic Advancement and Innovation Center (HEAIC) is an experiential learning space for all Upper Mesa communities. There is a co-working area and temporary offices to help launch businesses. There will be regular networking and training events such as cohort training. Everything done at the center will be free due to a Rural Opportunities Grant. You are encouraged to schedule a meeting with Bryan Bair and work one on one with him regarding your business goals. The center includes a co-working area and maker space with 3D printers and laser cutting equipment. There are temporary offices available to lease on a short-term basis. There are regular networking and training events, all in an effort to help launch businesses.
Bryan is an experienced business leader with a background in facilities and administrative operations management for restaurants, retail, medical, logistics, and construction. Bryan graduated with an MBA in 2010 from the University of Arizona Global Campus, and has since dedicated his life to business learning. He has a passion for teaching, training, facilitation, curriculum development and mentoring. He has taught Entrepreneurship at Brigham Young University Idaho since 2016 and is an Advisory Board Member for the BYU Management Society in South Africa. His former position was as a startup mentor for the Cedar City Business and Innovations Center.
