The City of Hildale Utilities Department is seeking professional quotes for Engineering Services to put together a set of permittable construction drawings, assist the City in getting the design drawings permitted through the Division of Drinking Water (Paul Wright)

The following assumptions are to be used to provide the quotes:
- The design drawings will include general sheets (cover page, legend, project notes, etc.) water sheets in plan view only, and one detail sheet.
- The project includes approximately 1,800 linear feet of 8” waterline to be installed on Newel Ave. from Redwood to the new fire hydrant location on Boxelder. It also includes an approximately 200 linear feet of 8” on Jessop Ave, to connect the pipeline from the Heights development to the existing line in Jessop Ave.
- It is anticipated that no topographic survey will be required.
- Existing Utility information is available from the City’s GIS.
- Base the quote to include one project site visit to locate existing utility information and tie in locations. This project will use government funding as part of a grant for the Innovation Center. The timeliness of design, permitting and construction is imperative to be done in an expedited manner for the success of the project.
