Utility Department of Hildale-Colorado City

POSITION:           TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

PAY RATE:                   Up to $10.00 per hour depending upon qualifications and experience.

JOB DUTIES:               Administrative Assistants will work under the direct supervision of the Utility Billing Clerk to perform basic clerical, organizational and office responsibilities as needed.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional and reliable. Expected hours are from 3pm-5pm Monday – Friday beginning directly upon hire and ending approximately March 31, 2020.

Required:                     Applicants must be at least 17 years old and must be a U.S. Citizen. Applicants must have a clean criminal record.

Preferred:                     Communication, organizational and time management skills, attention to detail. General knowledge of software and computer programs.
