POSITION:                    ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

PAY RATE:                   Beginning at $15.00/hour depending upon qualifications and experience. Pay increases will be based on performance reviews.

JOB DUTIES:               Administrative Assistants will work under the direct supervision of the Administrative Operations Manager to perform basic clerical, organizational and office responsibilities as needed.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional and reliable. Expected hours are from 1:00pm-5:00pm Monday – Friday beginning directly upon hire. This is a part-time position with the possibility of moving into full-time.

Required:                     Applicants must be at least 17 years old and must be legal to work in the United States. Applicants must be able to pass a background check.

Preferred:                     Communication, organizational and time management skills, attention to detail. General knowledge of software and computer programs.
