NOTICE AND AGENDA

Notice is hereby given to the members of the Hildale Planning Commission and the public, that the Commission will hold a public meeting on Monday, May 3, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. (MDT), at 320 East Newel Avenue, Hildale City, Utah 84784.
Commissioners may be participating electronically by video or telephone conference. The meeting will be broadcast to the public on Facebook Live under Hildale’s City page. Members of the public may also watch the City of Hildale through the scheduled Zoom meeting.

6. Public Hearing
The Commission will receive public comment concerning a request to re-zone Parcel HD-SHCR-4-35, commonly addressed as 865 N. Redwood St. Hildale, Utah from the current Residential Agriculture (RA-1) Zone to Highway Commercial (HC) Zone for the west half of the parcel; and from the current Residential Agriculture (RA-1) Zone to Residential Agriculture 0.5 (RA-0.5) Zone for the east half.
7. New Commission Business
A. Discussion, consideration, and possible action concerning a request to re-zone Parcel HD-SHCR-4-35, commonly addressed as 865 N.
